I found @ 100kph the aerodynamics push an invisible windscreen of air to push oncoming air up so it only really hits your head and you can lean on the air, but I’m used to nakeds

Hey I told you!!! You will love the bike!!! I though you were going to do some wheelies.... LOL in the 2017 the update the display to a full digital and yes you can have a small wind screen that change everything with the wing. What is cool is that the 390 is as fun as the 1290 just with a ton of less off power but the have a very good ratio between weigh and hp

chase your first rides have got to such a perfection level in terms of camera angles. but if i still wanna give you a constructive criticism it would be to take a minute or two in the end to give a short but precise (information wise) conclusion before your short opinion you always give in the end (which is always awesome)

That thing where the bike indicates that you're in neutral but you're not, that's happened to me quite a few times on my Triumph Speed Triple. I can only theorise that I didn't engage neutral properly but just enough for the indicator to come on. It's no biggie, I just make sure with my kicks from now on, its happened a lot less lately.

The WP shocks are way up there quality-wise too. I don't recall you mentioning it. They're like Ohlins race level stuff from what I hear.

Sports mode's not going to make much of a difference on the highway. Only differences between sport and street are throttle response and rider aids. You still get full power and torque. Only rain mode limits power by not allowing 100% throttle.

the superduke 1290 gt has an adjustable windscreen. oh my lanta, it was amazeballs. still a beast on power delivery, just a bit more tame than the R which was nice

The wind on any Naked is going to be apparent, but coming from my 2011 Speed Triple to my 2015 Superduke, I feel I get way more wind protection. "Way" more not being as much as a faired bike, of course.

I'm a 5'7" and I have a 2015 model, very comfortable... the power is very hard to get used to, it's like a sledgehammer, but hearing you complain about the wind and vibration... it's like you've never been on a naked twin lmao! Also love the brake position as I tend to use too much rear brake when the lever is too far up. Also the vibration would be far less bad if you kept the revs down a bit, I can tell you're used to inline 4's also you stalled because you put the kickstand down lol! I do share your complaint about the turn signal though!

whenever you do a sound clip put the bike in it's highest power mode if it has one.. it will change what it sounds like as it changes the cam timing and the amount of fuel it's burning.

Nice accurate review. Had a Hypermotard and it SUCKED! Wind on the SD sucks if you're on the highway but it's a naked so it's to be expected :). Does everything else well though......and it's fun 👍🏻

The Hayabusa isn't hard to control engine wise. You do have to pay attention when turning though, and use all the tricks like dragging the rear break etc.
