Irving and Love didn’t play!! 🤡 If they were healthy, the Cavs would have won more games and the Finals definitely. But it was just bad luck and GSW took advantage of it (as they were obviously supposed to do). But it wasn’t as “deserved” as say in this year against BOS. Also don’t forget GSW added All-Star KD to join the All-Stars Steph, Klay and Dray. This is a lineup that is unbeatable by definition. Then in 2018 Bron did again what he managed to do in 2007, carrying the Cavs to the Finals, this time without someone like Kyrie on his team. The Warriors (at times compared to the 96’ Bulls in the media, etc.) expectedly swept CLE that year. The injuries and team changes of both teams over time (2015-2018) resulted in shifting of the parameters and a different outlook each time for the Finals. Kyrie Irving had most MPG (more than Lebron) for example and when he AND Kevin Love got injured in 2015 everybody knew it was over for CLE and GSW would be the 2015 Champs. Then in 2017 KD joined, which made it obvious that GSW would win this time and in 2018 the second most important player Irving left, and Bron had to carry really hard. Like in 2007 against the Spurs Dynasty, the GSW came out sweeping the dismembered Cavs team in 2018. Then after that Bron went to LAL. The Cavs then designed their playbook around All-Star K-Love while again looking at developing their team through new draft picks, adding Darius Garland, Colin Sexton, Cedi Osman, Lauri Makkanen, Jarret Allen, etc. Now it’s once again rebuilding time. The Warriors have done what the Cavs team should’ve been doing: keeping their core team (Curry, Klay, Dray). But in CLE both Bron and Irving will be GODS and remembered for their gift to CLE / OH.

Idiots, Bronsexuals and extremely biased sports analysts (like Nick Wright) still to this day try to make the case that LeBron should have been the Finals MVP. 1. LeBron shot UNDER 40% for the series 2. LeBron had a HORRIBLE performance in Game 4 at home when the Cavs had a legit chance to go up 3-1 3. Game 6 at home to try to force a Game 7, he shot under 40% overall, 2 for 10 from 3 and 50% from the free throw line And what's even more sad is the revisionist history that people are spewing about the 2015 Finals making it seem like LeBron averaged 50 points a game and the series went down to the wire. And by the way, LeBron is not the only guy to average 35 points in the Finals making it seem it was some sort of herculean and godlike effort. If you recall, Kevin Durant dropped 35 ppg on LeBron's head in the 2017 Finals.
@Mjjjjjjjjjjjj Жыл бұрын
I feel bad for you because you simply don’t understand the game of basketball. If he takes the series to six games while two of his all star players go down , which both happened to be 20ppg scorers in kyrie and love , what does that so blatantly indicate? That if both of them are on the floor they win the series in 5 maybe 4, easily. LeBron did shoot poorly , but he was taking damn near 40 shots per game. The second best player on the team was Matthew delavadova so from a defensive perspective, they’re going to trap LeBron James and force him to pass it to his inadequate teammates, if you pay attention to the film, LeBron barely got any “easy buckets”. He was getting triple teamed and doubled at the rim nonstop, if kyrie and love are out there , due to floor spacing this doesn’t happen. It would allow Lebron to dominate and facilitate, because even with the poor supporting cast he still averaged 35 13 and 9 ast. In 2016 we saw what happened when his team was healthy . He beat a 73-9 team after trailing 3-1 in the series. From game 5 onwards he figured out the defense and was unstoppable, he also had his two co stars with him. When regarding the draymond suspension, LeBron James dropped 41 in game 5 when he was out and then proceeded to put on an even better performance in game 6 when draymond returned to the lineup. So LBJ beats that 73-9 team with the first ever unanimous MVP in Stephen Curry and then that same team goes and adds Kevin Durant? LeBron was the best player in the world , and KD was widely considered number 2 behind him , yet curry was the back to back unanimous MVP and had just made back to back finals trips winning one of them so we could say that made him 3 on the list right? Hilarious , I truly laugh when I hear people saying that LeBron joining Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade in Miami even compared to what Kevin Durant and golden state did. Kobe at the time was the best player on the planet coming off a back to back in LA, the Celtics had their own superteam with KG , Allen, rondo and pierce , D rose and the bulls were rising , OKC with KD were trending upwards and the spurs were still contenders, I can’t forget the mavericks either. Yet Lebron joined a team that went 45-37 the year prior, was a first round exit and had no trace of the team that made the nba finals back in 2006 apart from D wade. LeBron built that team the scenarios are very different. He didn’t join the Celtics which would’ve been the equivalent. In 2017 and 18 KD proceeded to get his “revenge” I guess by joining the team that beat him to beat LeBron James since he lost against him in 2012 with Westbrook and a young James harden. But yeah having the greatest pg of all time on your team will allow you to do that. LeBron was still the best player on the floor , and once again to break down the defense for you, KD is a phenomenal one on one player, one of the reasons he hasn’t been able to win alone is because once you double him you essentially force him in to dishing out to his teammates and unlike LeBron he doesn’t have the ability to uplift and make average players look good , so when you have Stephen curry and klay Thompson on the court , if you get doubled one of those guys are always going to be open , essentially forcing the defense to allow Kevin Durant to go 1 on 1 , where he is literally unguardable because of his height advantage. I truly believe KD is the most skilled offensive player to ever play. It’s a team sport at the end of the day so you can’t criticize LeBron without the context , im not the bias one my friend. He’s the greatest of all time and as the years go on you will only become more obliged to admit the fact that LeBron is indeed the best player to ever touch a basketball.

@@Mjjjjjjjjjjjj I'm talking about the 2015 Finals and you're going off in different directions talking about different topics. I'm talking about the 2015 Finals and the 2015 Finals only. You didn't address any of the points I made, which is why you're obviously deflecting to other topics. Yes, LeBron was missing players, and it's unfortunate, but we have to deal in reality and what actually took place on the court. Once again, you're throwing out the fancy statline of 35/13/9 and you're dismissing everything else. You're dismissing the fact that LeBron fell apart during key moments of this series. You really think the Finals MVP voters took one look at his statline of 35/13/9 and decided that was it? Their job is to look at the whole picture and look beyond the usual stats to see what actually happened in crucial moments. I can play the same "what if" game. What if Steph had a fully healthy KD and Klay in the 2019 Finals? The Warriors go on to beat the Raptors and achieve a 3peat. Steph would have 5 rings right now and KD would have 3 rings and 3 Finals MVPs. But that's not what happened and we have to deal with the facts.

Ben Hughston Warriors would've won if they didnt suspend draymond in game 5
@witheredboy85452 жыл бұрын
I could argue they wouldn’t have, remember Steph was injured and draymond was suspended, this series curry wasn’t injured and green wasn’t suspended. They simply lost a game which they shouldn’t have lost ( game 2 )

@Ebestech 2.0 Curry, Klay and Green drafted in thesame team tf you talking about? Lmao the only allstar that added to the Warriors was KD and it wasn't Curry's fault if he had great players around him

@Ebestech 2.0 I don't give a fck too about your lame excuses lmao you are just a butthurt Lebron fan. Just accept the fact that Curry is 3-1 vs Lebron in the finals 😂

@Ebestech 2.0 lmao you lebron fans always making "what ifs" injuries are apart of the game and and you dont know what woud have happened after 2016 lmao you still dont wanna bring up the fact that the cavs were down 3-1 when the warriors were healthy and you guys keep crying about 2015 "the cavs shouldve won" shouldve coulda wouldve but they still lost
