My parents got me a used pathfinder as my first car and im shocked at how lovely it is to drive. It has decent power, its quiet, rides great, feels great and has ample features and even really nice speakers. Thats not even considering the fact that it can seat 7 people. Really love driving this

Got one 40000 miles in. White pearl. Black interior. So far all's great. Simple routine maintenanced. Satisfied use for my travels space and comfort. Rides smooth. Looks handsome

Owning the Infiniti version of this, the JX35/QX60, it's a _very_ comfortable car. Obviously, it's not meant for speed for cornering, but for the size of the car and the weight, it's not bad to have some fun in. Doing road trips in this is absolutely wonderful. It's a very practical, roomy car. I'm 6'1 and sit in the third row just fine with my family taking up the second row and front seats. People talk about the looks of it, this and the Infiniti, and honestly it doesn't really matter. It looks good and it's not here to impress people like an exotic car. This is my third year owning the car and from an owner's perspective, it's reliable, comfortable, and practical. Three things you want in cars in this segment.

My grandmother owns this in the Platinum version. Can I say that it has one of the best 3rd row in the class. I am 6ft and i sit in the 3rd row comfortably. I rode on a 1200 mile road trip in the 3rd seat. Rides really smooth and just an all around great family SUV. Tech is lacking, especially safety. It really should have blindspot monitoring, emergency braking, adaptive cruise control etc. I love driving it, 10000000x smoother than my hyundai elantra. Lol, great family hauler, and grocery getter. Great video, I wish Nissan would've sent you a Platinum ;)

I had this as a rental vehicle when I went on a recent trip, and I absolutely loved it. I've always been a fan of the Pathfinder, top to bottom. With this generation, I get the change over to more Crossover versus Sport Utility to appeal to the masses. Getting use to the CVT was a change but I definitely adjusted and liked the fuel mileage in comparison, even with the AWD.

Two people at my church happen to both drive a Nissan Pathfinder and I am genuinely impressed by the room, ride, and comfort of my friend Brad's red Nissan Pathfinder. My friend Lisa drives a white Pathfinder but I have yet to take a ride in her Pathfinder. Hope you have a great year and I hope you can get the opportunity to review the Nissan Kicks. From what I have seen; the Nissan Kicks is slated to replace the Nissan Juke. Also, the Nissan Kicks has a more reserved exterior style compared to the exterior styling of the Juke; which had plenty of people- myself included- asking "What kind of paint thinner were the designers at Nissan sniffing when they came up with the design concept of this car?!?"

This Pathfinder I can say that is in the second place on my list for my very first car. I've liked this truck since the first generation. I still don't understanding some things that Nissan changed in this generation Pathfinder compared to the previous one. Pathfinder have always been a big and strong truck to the look, and this one looks more like a Crossover, and don't like that. The greatest change that I still not understanding, is that they changed a Rear Wheel Drive truck for a Front Wheel Drive. Rear Wheel Drive is way stronger and better than Front Wheel Drive, and I don't get it why Nissan changed that.

The Nissan Pathfinder. Once a tough, rugged and reliable SUV that's now been transformed into a mommy wagon to take their 2.2 kids to sports that they're disinterested in and to the mall. CVT transmission? Garbage. They should call this thing the Nissan Mallfinder.

occckid123 Oh I know that. I meant it REALLY should be called that because it won't do what the old ones could. Sure, they were a tad heavy on gas and didn't have the best ride but they were simple and easy to maintain which is still better than having a product that's a joke and not living up to the name people remember. I had a 98 Pathfinder and it never did any one thing amazingly but it was bulletproof reliable. I sold it when it had 386,000kms on it and that was the original engine and transmission. No oil usage and the powertrain never missed a beat. Basic maintenance on the suspension and under the hood, probably cost me about $1800 worth of maintenance/repairs in 5 years of ownership.

Warning to anyone seriously considering this car! The transmission shudders from 20 to 25mph when coasting or making turns on corners. It has a serious problem that Nissan is not willing to fix let alone admit. I had to get rid of it because of this. I had the car for a year and the shudders became more agitated as it aged.

this car is shit no one buy it, the CVT will be jerky or noisy and the warranty wont help cuz they will say the same thing every brand says "thats normal, you have warranty come when it fails" and then it will fail right when the warranty ends, go ahead and buy it then. Nissan was competing with toyota around 5 years ago but not anymore now, most their cars have shitty cvts in them, now actually KIA is more reliable.
