+Pleiades too low profile tires can cause problems with scratching on kerbs and speed bumps shocks. makes the ride very stiff and uncomfortable. 17/18 inch is the max for me. for compact size vehicles like a ford focus, vw golf ect. Any more is ridiculous.

+DevasionX A 6 series needs 19 inch to look good. These 18's are just too small and don't compliment the car. Also, a Golf on 18 inch has a tire sidewall of 90mm a 6er on 18 inch (like this one) has a tire sidewall of 110mm. Even on 19 inch the 6 series has 98mm of sidewall, so the equavalent of 18 inch a Golf would be 20 inch on a 6er (86mm sidewall)

I really dislike the new style of steering wheels from BMW, I'm not sure if it's just me, but they look really flimsy and cheap, compared to the chunkier looking ones in the pre-facelift F12/F13/F06 6 Series. The only BMW with a decent looking steering wheel currently is the 7 Series. I know it's a trivial thing to complain about, but hey, it's the little details that make the car!

***** My fault, apparently I did not listen carefully enough. But actually it gives a pretty good insight in how the car will be in everyday life. I have just turned 18 and bought my first car. I wash & polish it every week, but for most people, they barely even wash their car after 3 months. - You could perhaps use it as a "long term test" of other cars? Instead of having a press car for 1 week you could ask for having it in a extended period of time? But nice videos, I have been following you since you had around 13.000 Subscribers, and I must admit that I miss the cold starts and the Jeep Grand Cherokee that had a blown engine, ha!

FUN FACT: The license plate: M: FG ; First letter stands for the the city(M for Munich) where the car is registered and the second and third is random but if you wish you can choose the letters and the numbers following (of course for a little amount of some €uros^^) So...but the combination M F G stands for the german MIT FREUNDLICHEN GRUESSEN ... translated in WITH BEST REGARDS. Hey Kyle, as you are probably aware, German auto market does not use the "future model year" distinction, so this is not a 2016 but a 2015 Gran Coupe.

+WhiteSlift In America, the 2016s are already on the ground. Someone had mentioned that, but I had no way of confirming. Nothing significant has changed between 2015 and 2016, I double checked. Being so late in the model year, I covered this car as a 2016 model since it was brand new. In less than two months, we'll be in 2016 anyhow :)

And the black diesel particles are heavier than air so that black smoke u see will drop down and get washed away with rain. Also Diesel is cheaper than gas in my country so if you make lots of km/miles better get a nice diesel. No good sound? Boy in the future when hydrogen becomes a thing u wont hear anything at all.

+XersesI Not true; 1 liter of diesel emits less CO2 than a liter of gasoline, however it's the soot that is harmful. That's why modern diesel cars (like this BMW) have a filter to minimize this. Since diesel cars are also more economical and efficient than a gasoline engine, I'd always go for a diesel. Drive a diesel myself, and get 900km out of every tank of gas. The sound can't beat a gasoline version, that's true. I don't think you should use the VW example to blame all diesel engines, they truly are amazing pieces of technology.

Hey Kyle, Just want to let you know diesels can't have variable valve timing or valve lift. They will loose compression, since diesel engines use air that is compressed so fast and so tightly that when you compress air, it gets very hot, and when the injector squirts the fuel in at around 30,000 psi, it instantly ignites. These new ones are so quiet because of the common rail direct injection system. The fuel injector will inject up to 5 times per combustion cycle to reduce noise, instead of letting a big quantity of fuel out at once like the older diesels and thats what makes them loud. The new clean diesels inject small amounts but up to 5 times per combustion stroke.

F.Y.I. to convert Kilometres into MPH, just divide by 1.6. Ex: 2,300 kms becomes 1,437.5 miles. Equally to covert MPH to KPH you multiply by 1.6. I do this all the time as I cross the border from Canada to the U.S.
