Wow the key is nice but it's the size of fat smartphone which is way to big.I wish they integrated all the functionality on an app that you can download on your phone and give you a less bulky key.

+Carausu Vlad There is also an app. But its hard to rely totally on an app... how would you get in the car if your phone ran out of battery? Also, you never actually have to press any buttons on the key... just keep it in a bag or pocket. The car opens automatically as you approach it.

+ahmed shamsi And the basic security of a key relay on an app? Have you wondered that they use sophisticated crypto to make this cars safe from thieves? An app on tablet or phone can be much more easily reversed and you car stolen. The key should remain a "key"

I test drove one today and I really enjoyed it; however, I wish I has seen this video first. Very nicely done. The salesman touched on a few of the options (gadgets) but not everything. Plus, he did not say anything about the key fob. The only thing I did not like was the pattern of the stitching on the seats. I'm going back on Saturday to test drive it again.

Knowing BMW I bet this thing will be a maintenance nightmare the day the warranty runs out. I had a 7 series and although it was a beautiful driving car, the constant repairs were ridiculous. I had such a horrible experience with that car I'm still scared to touch another one...

+agenthelios1 There was a time when German cars were made really well (80s and 90s) but they lost their ways IMO. We just bought our first Japanese luxury car (Lexus GS350) because we are getting tired of being nickeled and dimed. It's a shame the Germans don't build them like they use too.

+supa hot fire What didn't go wrong would be a much shorter answer. We had constant problems with the cooling issues, alternators (too many electronics), sensors, computers, MAFs (5), warp rotors, etc... My 30 year old Porsche's and ex-supercar (Aston Martin) would put the reliability of this shitbox (7 series) to shame! I wish you lots of look but BMW's are magicians. Notice anything missing? Look in your wallet! :)

This is standard on all 750's and its a option most S-Classes dont come with (because most people lease basic ones). Im not talking about only this generation too, 2002 745li was WAY more advanced for its time than the 2002 S500 was, 2002 745 had features the S550 got in 2010
