I know I'll probably not get an answer to this on a 3 year old highlight video but here goes. What exactly was wrong with what the team said to Rosberg? I read that it was beyond what the team is allowed to say to a driver over the radio but that's still a little vague to me. Can someone give me more details as to what is and isn't allowed and why?

It was a dumb rule. the reason why he got penalised was cos he was told how to avoid 7th gear. The initial command was fine cos it was to fix a terminal issue

Back then when all indonesian waiting to see haryanto's name on the classification or waiting him to get into the camera shot which is only because he was about to be lapped, but then the tv showed haryanto stuck in the gravel so all haryanto's fan realize why aren't his name is not in any potition. Tbh rio haryanto's fans are stupid they just don't know what formula 1 is. They even picked him as the driver of the day in australian gp when he done nothing else than hits grosjean in qualifying.
