Great video! When the “low battery key” indicator came on, I thought I would have to take the fob to the Honda dealership. Your video was the first I came across. Walmart did not have the right battery, so I found it at a Dollar Tree store!

Very good video. I was in a hurry so I was glad that you spoke slowly so I only had to listen one time. I also appreciate that you told me the battery number required. I would suggest cleaning the battery with a paper towel and alcohol to wash off the oils from your skin from the Battery

You can buy a pack of three of them at the 99 Cents store, or one of those.

I have the HR-V and I changed the battery, and the light is still on. Brand new battery.

Hmmm. It seems like the HR-V would be the same as my CR-V, but I don't know. Maybe the new battery you bought is defective??? I suggest taking your car to a dealer and asking them about it before the battery dies completely. BTW, I read that even if the fob battery is completely dead, you can still start your car by holding the fob against the start button. I haven't tried that though. When you figure it out, please reply here to let me know. Thanks.

Unfortunately the title of your video is very misleading. The key fob is not the one a typical 2016 CRV uses, please correct your title so you save people wasting their time over a video that is unhelpful to them because it does not teach them anything.

You're wrong. I bought a 2016 CRV new from a Honda dealer and this is the fob I got. Everyone else who's commented on this video has been happy because this is fixing their issues with this exact version of the fob.
