Good video! My car is 2013 Hyundai Elantra GLS, currently at 125k. About a month ago it wasn’t blowing cold air so I decided to use one of this refrigerant cans and accidentally put to much in the system. Had to take it to a shop so they evacuated the whole system, changed the expansion valve and refilled it. It didn’t seem to work cause a/c was working but not getting cold air as it should. Now I’m having this issue with my RPM at idle when the A/C is on. It also have this little noise coming from the blower motor, but it only seems to happen when idling. Car runs smooth, but at red lights or stop signs RPM goes down and it becomes shaky and then this noise from the blower motor comes out (it only happens when a/c is on). Also replaced the throttle body, coils, spark plugs, MAP sensor, PCV valve because of this rough idle, and right now IDK what else to do with this. Dealer was asking for $550 for just a diagnosis and I don’t trust them anymore, so I’m running out of ideas. Can you help me out here?

@@thatboiiraw so your AC system does not work but when it is turned on the compressor engages but does not cool the air. And when the AC compressor is engaged your engine bogs down at stops or red lights? If all of that is accurate I would look into replacing your compressor. Even though it is turning that does not mean that the compressor is in good health it may be trying to lock up which is causing your engine to work harder to turn the compressor. All of this of course is just speculation as I have not seen the vehicle or done any diagnostics on it.

@@13sGARAGE appreciate the comment, I was thinking the same, though I’m far from being a mechanic, this car has made me try to think as one. Here in Vegas mechanic bills are usually huge and you don’t get to solve the issue. So, I’m going to get the compressor checked and keep you updated. Thanks again 🤝🏻

@@13sGARAGE btw, the a/c works, just it doesn’t blow as much cold air as it used to and the car doesn’t get ice cold. It’s hard to explain.

You seem to have a lot of room to put your wrench. I don’t have this room same car lol. So I’m assuming you removed radiator support and some how got space
