Nice video. I just bought this car and so far very happy with it. Im coming from a 12 year 2004 TSX Acura with mods. Question for you. Do you think its work doing to f sport intake and exhaust? or any intake part. Would love to hear the Turbo a bit more and of course a louder exhaust with a deeper throatier sound. Any recommendations? thank you

I have a 2016 is 200t. In real world driving, it’s an awesome car! There is a bit of turbo lag. Fine. Don’t race it! It drives smooth. Handles well. Feels luxurious. Sporty enough. Handles rain & snow with no problems. Mileage is better than my old 6-cylinder BMW 128i. This is not a BMW but clearly close enough.

Just got the car. Any recommendations for intake? I want to hear the turbo a bit louder. And why would it be difficult to mod this car?

You havent said nothing about turbo lag ! Thats the biggest difference between this and IS350 Still nice car :)

I just bought the 2016 IS 200t F Sport and absolutely love it. 38,000 miles. Immaculate condition. Fun to drive, looks fantastic. Gas mileage is not great. Other than that, no complaints.

really bad like 19-20 mpg, the turbo burns like V6 in city driving but is really good on the highway like a I4

I wish they would've updated the exterior or interior to match the new engine. It was due for a refresh anyway and this would've been the perfect timing to advertise to new buyers to the car and brand. It wouldn't have to be drastic, just subtle changes that differentiate then is250 vs this and especially vs the is350..

I drive this of 2017 model And loved this car Except it doestnt have apple car play And no wireless charging And back seat are not comfort like mer glc Bt overall car is very good Hopefully next year I ll Upgrade to nx300 hybrid Cuz fuel is getting higher and higher in dubai

I don't think 28 mpg (10l/100km) is good for this car. It's strange to why it's so high in a 2L 4cyl, maybe it's running too rich or car is too heavy?

Great review! I have been looking at either a 2016 is 200t or the is 300 I like the idea of all wheel drive and the v6 in the 300 but have a feeling a turbocharged 4cyl could be alot of fun. Any suggestions? And does Lexus do well in the heat I live in phx?

Clancy O is200t has a bit of turbo lag but not if you manually switch. Pretty fun car to drive. Is200t owner here

+Show Me What I Need To Know We didn't think so at all. With drive-by-wire throttles, automatic transmissions, and traction control all in line against you, there is little 1st to 2nd gear feel between this and the V6.
