People saying it's not worth 70k... yet you say a bmw 7 series or a merc S series with simmilar specs are worth the price knowing that it will lose it's value WAY faster (like 5 times faster) than the Lexus and will be way less reliable. Heck, the ls400's are still worth 8-9+k in good condition and they are over 15 years old. I can get an S500 that is 10 years younger for that price. It's called value. You buy this knowing that you won't lose that much money when you are going to sell it. You also won't be at the garage often.

Don't make any judgements about Lexus until you own one. I have own two and can't really complain, never let me down. All you need is oil change and your good to go for at least 15 years. My rx330 is still running like a charm. They even replaced my headlight for free after 9 years. Can you name a company out there that will stand behind their vehicle after that long?

Agree with you but nowadays less people want to keep car for more than 20 years but sure if you want to keep your car for this time sure it will save huge amount of money by doing maintenance what ever car you use but Toyota and Japanese cars are known for there reliablilities

I bought one. Being a Toyota Avalon fan. I purchased it with a level of curiosity. I mean how nice can it be….well I was not disappointed . This car is very nice. You will love it. …overtime you won’t want to trade it . If you do…I am sure you will regret it…unless you purchased the newer model of it. I love the style. The comfort. The power. The paint. It is a car enthusiast dream.

Yeah. Lexus is overrated. Most people think its just as good as Mercedes, BMW, and Audi, but its not. Its more comparable to Infiniti, Acura, Cadillac, and Lincoln

Great review, I used to like Lexus and they were my favorite brand. until that hideous spindle grille came and ruined everything. I'd rather get the 08 LS600hl over the newer ones, which I will soon. The new Mercedes S Class went where I thought Lexus should have gone in terms of luxury and how the front facia should look. The Kia k900 and cadenza went where lexus should have gone in terms of how the rear looks, but the rear of the current ls is ok to me ig. I just wish they weren't trying to make an entire luxury class of cars an all sporty class, that's what bmw and audi are for, Lexus could've been competing with Mercedes which is now making it's way to Bently and Rolls Royce standards. Lexus was one of the top 3 along with Bmw and Mercedes, now they're not in the same league...

Who cares about that?. I rather have that and those seats than other brands more uncomfortable seats, have a more valuable car in a few years and better reliability. Plus if you ever touched one you'll know it has a soft texture. Also if I remember correctly there's the option to have a leather center wheel
