Hi when compressing the liston do you need to open the reservoir cap? Other also suggest to open the bleed valve...is that needed?

Ye soon the cap but bleeder valve maybe will open maybe will not open maybe will snap Or it will leake if it dosent close propperly I wouldn’t play with that

Hi RB, at time mark 6:03, after you pressed back the brake piston, the rubber is exposed above the piston, wouldn't that be a bad thing, breaking the rubber and causing the brake fluid to come out?

No that is not the seal it’s only dust boot
