Nationally recognized speakers Temple Grandin, Phil McKinney and David Finch and moderator Jason M. Lynch discussed issues and strategies around cultivating a neurodiverse workplace and how this should be the next strategic move organizations make to unleash their competitive advantage. Our speakers combined insights proved to be informative, inspiring and highly entertaining.

17:28 It would be rather nice to have a cup of coffee or a juice on a café while waiting for the airline to take its necessary time unloading the plane and loading the conveyor belt at pick-up. Maybe some local cuisine 😏 I rather like the pick-up lounge, but the thought of a hundred people standing about dumbfounded "When's the luggage coming?" - "Don't ask me. And I doubt the other 98 folks knows how long they'll be waiting for neither" ... just seems stupid. Rarely are there seats. People cramming up against the conveyor belt so I have to push my sweaty and tired body through their sweaty and tired bodies just to get my luggage. "Go away, sit down and have a cinnamon bun. You can charge your phone, hydrate, maybe blip your luggage ticket on your table's scanner to get your luggage directly to where you sit, so you don't have to get up mid coffee sip". Me I'm perfectly happy eating sushi while watching my bag go round and round until my baggage is taken away by personnel - That's when I gulp my wasabi and run after them! = D
