Yes It lifts in all gears I have one and love it. It has an entry exit mode that I use for my 86 year old mother in law. That air system is Bilstein

Raptor was made for going off road at high speeds. Rebel is just better all around daily driver that can go off road if you so choose. I have a 2016 rebel and love it. Hemi has plenty of power
