Charvels are the best modern strats i guess

Nah, best Strat-shaped Gibson. Silver Sky wins best strat

@@JS-rp7qb I actually tried a pro dk 24 charvel yesterday and it wasn't amazing. It was okay.
@howardnelthrope26943 жыл бұрын
@@c.dogrul8288 Do you remember why you thought the pro dk 24 charvel was not amazing? I am an advanced beginner guitarist and have never tried one myself. Clint here seems to be doing just fine with it.

What amp or other type of system are you using to record/create tones. It is tough for me to tell whether your killer tones are 99% guitar and 1% amp/software or the reverse or somewhere in-between. Way to rock that Charvel! Nice to see a talented player demonstrating the guitar's versatility.

That was great, can I ask are you changing from g minor to major at the twelve, sounds great and just learning the major pent myself cheers

Are the pickups Duncan distortions? Were you playing in humbucker mode or split? I have the same socal but the older one without coilsplitting and was wondering how the distortions sound split and if it's worth getting a push/pull and split my Duncans too.

Sounds great....fantastic playing! Can you answer a couple of questions as I can't try one? What is the quality of the guitar like and can you compare the neck profile to a Strat?
@ClintCurtis7 жыл бұрын
Ryan Paul the quality is really good. He neck is fantastic, thinner than a strat, but not too thin. Still somewhat rounded

Have you tested the new San Dimas? How do you feel it? How low is your action?
@ClintCurtis4 жыл бұрын
Low action for sure, plays great.

@@ClintCurtislistening your style I don't understand why do you use/prefer distortion saymour ducan and not JB, '59 or alnico II Pro?
@jesussavesrick7 жыл бұрын
Great, great playing and tone! What amp/distortion are you using?
@ClintCurtis7 жыл бұрын
I'm using Guitar Rig 5 actually! Although through a Ua 2_610 S preamp, and using plugins from the software as well. Sometimes I also add an analog pedal to the guitar rig software. I also use Vox AC30's, and the really nice small AC4TV.

This would’ve sounded better on a real Fender! I’m kidding 😂 (I have the same Charvel in all black), but we all know someone or another that thinks like that. Edit: maybe those are the “Dislikers” 😉
@jesussavesrick7 жыл бұрын
How does the neck on this Charvel compare to a LP or some others? Is this freaky thin like an Ibanez? Or does it have some meat to it?
@ClintCurtis7 жыл бұрын
R E definitely not too thin. Rounded like a strat, but a little thinner.
