Hi there, so the smart car uses a timing chain ⛓️‍💥 so no need to replace it

I believe that bolt is a 5/16 I will torque it to 35-37 ftlbs, but please double check your bolt diameter before proceeding. www.extreme-bolt.com/images/Applications/Torque/17-4-H900-Torque-Specification.gif

And i more,ive tried to torque the existing tensioner pulley on my car and it didnt turn until 55 NM..is that possible?

Im sorry my friend,its not the pulley,it the tensioner itself..😅
