just picked up a left over 2015 gsx-s750 for $ 5,000. I am a lardbutt at 5' 10" 250 and this bike hauls me around without issue. Been riding for 40 years and am having fun like a teenager. Best bike purchase I've made in awhile

Goober Robbins sounds like a steal of a deal ! Love the look of that bike a Yoshimura set up would top it off nice!

fist pump revbaby pic: priceless. I sat on this and the S1000, and didn't like the way the 750 felt. A year later I finally got to ride it and was surprised how comfy it is. It's just too bad there's no a little more provision made for touring/commuting. We don't have the Bandit option over here in the states...

Good review, you will not be disappointed if you do get it. I have had mine for two months now and feel I made the right chose.

You know what it means, when parts are used in several models? It means they are cheaper to replace. Good.

Near bought that bike when it came out... It is very nice I was just not sold on the refinement. Nice review.

That's a really good point actually, when you look at,say the z800 or something.

The swing arm was pretty much what surprised me, all the competition on the same level have fancy looking ones compared to budget commuterish square ones. I do like the looks of the rest of the bike though
@TheLoneWolfRider8 жыл бұрын
Totally agree, it's the only real downside on looks. I noticed It is angled up towards the shock unlike older bikes though.

How does this compare to the CB650f?
@TheLoneWolfRider8 жыл бұрын
From what I can remember, (the CB was a while ago now) the gsr is a better bike to ride, with more power/torque better fueling. But I think the CB will hold up against a winter better. And maybe even resell value will be higher. Thanks for watching.

The CB650 has about 20bhp less. It's a great bike but feels a little flimsy. I have a CBR650F and find that on a mid to long run I'm getting serious wrist ache. Considering a naked to see if straight bars improves the situation... this might be the one.

Treat them right on a run & you can get 60+ mpg easily, even having a bit of fun can get you 55 mpg, but ride it like a hooligan & you will get down into the 40s
@TheLoneWolfRider8 жыл бұрын
Wow that seems really economic! Congrats on the RJ spot too btw.

SAW A '07 GSX 750 BANDIT S, NO RED-LINE.!!!!?, JUST TO PLASTIC LOOKING, GSR 750 ??????, COULD IT BE AS WICKED, QUICK ACCELERATION AS MY' 05 GSF 650 BANDIT, RAN IN FOR JUST OVER 15,000 MILES, ONE CAREFUL OWNER. THINK IF I HAD A CHOICE, DREAM BIKE IT WOULD BE A GOOD GSF 750 BANDIT S, 1200 BANDIT S OR A ZX10 NINJA. BANDITS ARE THE BEST, BRING BACK BANDITS B.B.B. EVERYBODY BRING BACK BANDITS. AND I'M NOT EVEN LYING.
