@@michellemobakeng5938 They are the big trees. We are the driftwood. And honestly, all of those have 'people' around them to make sure it doesn;t happen. Can't imagine the outcry if the pope was seen hunched in a blanket sitting in a rowing boat, can you?

@@fluffyfour Yeah, I can visualise it.There would be an outcry because people have been made to believe he is some sort of saint and that he has the spiritual destiny of the world. They are mesmerised and they know it not. Hope you do not consider yourself a driftwood because you are not. We ALL have the same value under heaven, we eat from the same earth and return to it when the time comes. Things and positions cannot change the intrinsic value of humanity.

Their explanation on the earthquakes made me cringe tho due to the terminology used but I understand that they need to cater to all viewers. Plate Boundaries, Faults & Subduction Zones are unique in their own right, they don't all occur where there are tectonic plates.... It's the combination of these and their sub-types that contribute to what damage is observed. Would of been cool to see them mention at least some more detail on what makes Japan unique from the likes of New Zealand and vice versa

This was, overall, a good video but could you perhaps tone down the background music? Personally, I'd rather hear the actual sounds of the disaster itself but if ya gotta throw music in there, will ya please turn down the volume a wee bit? Hearing the thunderous roar of a mudslide (as an example) brings me way closer to the actual drama of the story than listening to an orchestra playing climactic music, especially when the video is actual footage and not a movie... But maybe that's just me... 😜 That's my only peeve, though... overall, 9 outta 10. 😜

Why do people always put a price tag on disasters, 'this could cost millions or billions of dollars' Who gives a fuck about your meaningless piece of paper when lifes are being lost. Humanity is self destructive, greed and selfishness of the ones pulling the strings goes beyond our imagination, but gladly theres more individuals that notice that everyday. Peace to the ones that opened their eyes.

Not really, if people really think that we are capable of changing the weather or anything else for that matter then those who think that are giving mankind way to much power. Just think about it, how small humans are even in the billions. The history of our earth has warmed up and cooled off over and over again and it will continue to with or with out humans.
@TJDrumsRHCP
@TJDrumsRHCP 6 жыл бұрын
@@yellowschoolbuss1893 I've read your arguments so many times before that it just seems like people rewrite them without thinking about it. Maybe you didn't think about it because you read that 'the history of our earth has warmed up and cooled off over and over again and it will continue to with or with out humans'... and you know that it's true. We're taught about iceages and the earth's history since primary school. But the other parts of your comment couldn't be further from the truth. Humans are too small to change anything? You can't tell me you're not aware of the huge decline of basically ALL wild animal life because of over fishing, deforrestation, agriculture, factory farming, mining and urbanisation that the 7 billion of us are doing. From elephants to insects. Insects are down 60% in 50 years. It's called the 6th great extinction, and none of the previous 5 were as fast and caused by ONE species only: humans. If humans weren't powerful, we wouldn't be effectively wiping out all life on earth. In it's origin it doesn't have much to do with extreme weather as a result of climate change, but 99% of the scientists is very clear on that part too: the rising of the earth's average temperature is - even by only a few degrees - so extreme, it's highly unnatural. And it just happens to be so, that if you lay the temperature chart next to the carbon dioxide chart, they are practically identical. Scientists call it the hockey stick for a reason, and it just happens to have started right when the industrial revolution began around 1850 and we started pumping Co2 in the air. Respectfully: not 'believing' simple science is willfully ignorant and at the same level of ignorance of believing the earth is flat.

Consider this: 99 percent if Japan land is volcano. It's an island but an island is just land that has risen. It's not floating. Japan and countries like this are land on top of a volcano and there is land mass supporting the tip of the land. It's called an island.

Zero Hour they have been saying we are at the end of times forever. Following some make believe Savior is not going to help anyone. Try getting realistic instead. Why would you even put your faith in a God that is so cruel and flawed anyways? That’s just stupid. Based on a promise you can’t collect because you are dead. How convenient is that for your God. You can’t even complain when your made up disgusting “God” doesn’t deliver the promised goods. You and others are extremely gullible.

@@katiekat4457 - Did you know essentially what you said was prophesied in the Bible? Specifically: "Above all, you must understand that in the last days scoffers will come, scoffing and following their own evil desires. 4 They will say, “Where is this ‘coming’ he promised? Ever since our ancestors died, everything goes on as it has since the beginning of creation" I do believe in God, because He is righteous. The whole idea of higher authority aka government all stemmed from God. Laws, morals.. all came from God. You see, children aren't born with morals.. they take from other kids, regardless how the other feels. Without discipline, they would never have morals. A building doesn't sprout out of the ground, it has an architect. You just choose the blindfold, the same one I took off.

Birth control would be a good start, make less demands on the environment by an ever growing population. The rest is building standards which are always going to differ depending on economic factors, and building in high risk areas, also linked to population because overcrowding means buildings and settlements sprout up in areas they ought not to by virtue of there being no room elsewhere in a region or area.

But that is the kind of answer you get from someone who's boss tells them what to say "SO AS NOT TO PANIC THE POPULATION"? Yeah don't build your home, let alone a society anywhere near the coast or at sea level. Its a known fact that the sea has been rising since the last ice age. Also don't go anywhere near volcano's and don't build anywhere near an earthquake zone or in a place that a tornado is going to rip through every now and again . You have been warned!! Spread the word because some of us humans are stupid as hell.

14:30 : the 2016.4 earthquake in Kumamoto was centered "60 miles SE of Sendai . . close to the devastating quake that struck in March 2011." The 2011 quake was in Sendai City, Miyagi, over 1100km from Kumamoto. Maybe they mean Sendai City, in Kagoshima, which on the same island, at least, as Kumamoto. 17:10 : the supposed collapsed mountainside is clearly a open-pit mine, with roads accessing the slopes in several places. Really, with this kind of basic lack of attention to detail and obvious forging their footage, how can we trust anything this doc says?

Turn back to God, repent, and stop worshiping the evil ones and listening to their lies. Worship only God and stop worshiping the ones they call saints, DO NOT WORSHIP MEN, OR WOMEN, or anyone or thing who is not GOD. Stop worshiping dead people. They are not GOD. Yes they will live again. That is because they did NOT listen to the wolves/evil ones. They listened to God and His son Jesus. They worshiped GOD! You can only get to GOD through His son Jesus. Why do so many people not listen To God? Why do they not listen to Jesus? The bible has predicted all that is going on. Yet no one wants to read it. they don't want to listen. It's not climate change it's God warning the people. The end is here. Only those who know Jesus and have a relationship with God, will know what is coming, and what is happening to the world today. Jesus is returning soon. Very soon.

They should be prepared for such events, supply appropriate housing so if it floods the home would be on stilts thus water wouldnt harm the property or keep homes away from danger areas.

Alice, the people in Asuncion (Paraguay ) who live near the river are the poorest of the poors. They know and they are "prepared", in a sense. They are prepared to flee. They move some hundreds meters far away, build their shaks there, and wait for the water to flow back, normally. in 2016 was a little worse than normal, so many had to relocate in barracks they improvised around the city center

Stop building houses so fucking close to rivers etc.... all the flooded houses are human error. I understand houses are in demand and location of said houses are difficult in some areas due to massive amounts of excavation needed, but near me ATM local councils and people of power are seriously considering new housing estates being build very near if not on flood plains. I mean come on people.... spend some more money on much more suitable and safer locations for these homes, because you’ll be spending the extra money in the long run anyway on flood insurance claims and relocation of people when in does flood. It might be considered cheap housing now but just remember that Mother Nature doesn’t give a fuck how many people’s lives get turned upside down when she decides to have a tantrum.
