Any idea why the top portion of my screen would be unresponsive? Only the bottom row of icons respond to touch.

I have a 2017 Pacifica with an 8.4 inch screen that does not have Apple car play. I would like to upgrade somehow to Apple car play. Is there somewhere I can go to get my car upgraded? Thanks

Where can i buy just the wiring harness? I have 2 vans and want to swap the units so i have everything but the harness

We don't sell any harnessing at all. It would have to be from another company. We want our solutions to work so we ensure all parts go through a 20 point inspection. We only sell full kits.

@Infotainment_nav what's the difference in the wire harness you sell with the kit vs selling it separately. Either way it's the same? Guess I won't be able to swap the units 😕

I've just upgraded from RA4 (8.4") to UAV on my 2017 Pacifica. Everything works well except for the USB port. It keeps charge then stop and charge again so I couldn't use the android auto feature. I swapped back on the old RA4 and the issue is gone. Any advice?

I have a 2017 Pacific with an 8.4 inch screen but does not have 3g cellular,wifi hotspot,carplay and android Auto is this all features available on this if i like to upgrade to this product ?

If you don't have that feature currently, Our upgrade will not add that part this. Since this has to do with shark fin antenna of the car for what features are already there and that's controlled by the Sirius guardian to enable those phone app features and wifi hotspot etc. Thank you for the question.

Thanks for info. With this i like to add 3g or 4g cellular futher as well so please let me know if you know a part no or name i can add to make it work if not then it's ok still like to have this UAV system.

Will it still receive over the air updates and what about Uconnect features that are linked to the VIN ?

Yes you will keep the over the air updates if you get them currently. We just don't control the software for the phone app people pay for monthly for remote via Sirius guardian. I have the 5 inch screen on my 2017 pacifica. Will this unit also accept the overhead DVD player I have in the back?

Yes the UAV with the 8.4 inch touch screen will give you apple car play/android auto in a factory setting like the 2018's have. The UAG will be the non factory navigation radio with the 7 inch touch screen radio with apple car play/android auto.
