2017 6.7 Cummins Turbo Teardown and Inspection. Code P003A. Turbo or actuator failure?

Todays video we teardown and inspect a 370,000 mile turbo that had failed due to code P003A. The customer had opted to replace the whole turbo and he said I can tear it down and inspect it. Thanks for watching!

What are the causes of the problem

This one was a failure of the electronic actuator. The majority of the time it’s the actuator but was caused by the turbo sticking
