I had the same issue with the starter but problem randomly went away and it’s been good for the last 6 months or so. Also, I am at 90k with only issue being thermostat failure around 40k miles.

I own a 2017 A4 purchased in 2020 with 26,000 miles. It currently has 74,000 miles with ZERO issues. This video is misleading. Serive the car at regular intervals, avoid launch control and drag racing and the car will be fine.

I have 2014 GLI ( very similar) with the 2.0T and 6 speed DSG trans. Driven 100k since 2020. I have 130k miles and the car was modified since 40k miles. original water pump/ thermostat. Timing and carbon cleaning done around 90k. Transmission is tuned(no issues). Control arms went after lowering the car around 50k. no check engine lights on the dash. Car is daily driven. It’s no Toyota Corolla but the vehicle is far from unreliable. Under normal driving habits a lot less parts would’ve been changed and some issues arose from tuning/ modifying…. That being said , if you buy a neglected car you’ll get hit with a hefty bill 😅

it has the click feeling when you accelerate, its normal. Currently have EPC max RPM code and the engine speed/power is reduced. Not sure what it could be.

@@Jeelaski i have all the maintenance history, and they change their oil at the dealership every 10k miles which is honestly bad I change mine at 5000 miles, again I don’t care because my extended warranty covers a whole new engine, I would prefer a new engine that trying to fix that one lol 😂, it’s only until 111k miles and I’m at 92k for now.

@@user-nw6se9yc7j the dealer can put it on the scanner and give you the tensioner angle 📐 considering 5degree is when your car is brand new the lower the degree the more wear and stretch your chais has
