Master Craft being : First ?...... certainly...... but also pointless. Better ?........ That's just an opinion. Wildly more expensive ?... absolutely! Master Crafts having : Terrible reverse and no wake control ?.....yep! Shallow water capability.....nope! Much bigger price tags for far less control, capability, versatility, and performance.....obviously. Master Craft or Master Shaft?

After the addons/Tax/ fees, paid cash just over 65K. And they were going like freaking hot cakes, I had to purchase it without even seeing it at the store first lol, that's how fast they were going. Although its a rather smaller dealer in Southern CA. You buying one?

I dont see paying $58k + for a 21 ft "Wake boat". Serious wakeboarders can pickup a nice used centurion or nautique and have a 1000 times better wake boarding boat for that kind of money.

I’m sure Randy is a top bloke but it’s very clear he is far up and into Yamaha’s large colon. Here’s another one for you, WHY have jump seats when you could have extra storage that they remove? Trust me, a boat underway with out back rest is uncomfortable, jump seats are useless.

The 212x needs surf tabs, perfect pass/auto throttle, cell phone holder for driver, bigger sound/subs, bigger bimini. Come on Yamaha engineers, how can you leave out these basic essentials that surf enthusiasts expect?! Perfect pass is not even an option on the 2018 212x, which is marketed as a surf boat!!
