Me neither! I don't even like this style of boat, but I watch every review he does!!!

Love the boat and actually saw one yesterday, so that’s why I’m here, but I think the screen could be in a more accessible area like the Super Air Nautique. Such as on the left or right side of the stirring wheel. Amazing video capt.

Are these boats (or other jet boats) ok for out on the Gulf (FL)?

Hey Steve, have a more technical question for you. Seen as Yamaha does not provide a NMEA 2000 capable jet boat option, can JBP come up with a way to connect out chart plotters to the engine and other interfaces? I cant even obtain a damn engine temp gage through Yamaha let alone other engine data through a NMEA 2000 interface? Yamaha has this option for their outboards why not the jet boats? Thanks!

I have been on an older Yamaha jetboat, it was extremely loud. It had high RPM engines that went to 11,000 RPM for cruise speed. How loud is this boat compared to a standard stern drive?

Yamaha has worked hard to quiet down the cockpit. They added sound deadening foam in the engine room. I would say they are a little louder than an inboard but not as loud as an outboard. If you google the topic there is a lot of information about the noise level and how they were able to quiet the cockpit down.

Captain Steve question for you why don’t you ever talk about prices on boats that would be a really nice thing to add to your videos people want to know how much they cost I know you’re probably safe to refer to the manufacturer for a ballpark price would be appreciated what do you think??

Yamaha lists all the MSRP on the website. Since Yamaha has recently cancelled taking orders and has cancelled some existing orders for 2021 Prices are peaking. Covid-19 is really raising prices on al recreational vehicles. Supply n Demand.
