You need a friend that has the Chiron as his personal vehicle, then he has to drive it in his garage and while he is in the animation you have to blow up the car. Then call up the insurance and if everything went OK you now have duplicated the car.

I googled that one it says "EPC indicator symbol stands for "electronic power control." The light comes on when there is a problem with the engine."
