Had this same issue with a Silverado and I recommend to replace the grill shutter after testing everything and the advisor gave me shit saying how does a cooling fan staying on lead to a grill shutter

i have a gmc acadia with two error codes displayed. one of them is u1510. the upper shutter was replaced with a new one but it stays always closed. the electricians do not want to deal with cars for which they do not have software. so don't know what to do.
