8:59 actually, as for silver legs acronix... for some reason some sets came with silver (I think it was the minority) while others had also that bronze color that the torso has

-The head thing is definitely a time thing, I've had it since 2017, and even now the head stays up. -The egg piece actually came from Galaxy squad, but it was knew in gunmetal color here - The board is to place figures on and catapult them. -8:58 That's a misprint, it should be bronze as well.

Amazing review! The hands of time hadn't interested me back in 2017 a lot, but taking a look at this set and the whole wave together, I think it is one of the most unique ninjago waves of all time. Growing up I always loved having molded animals. I had a grand total of 7 snakes (all of them black), from the Western theme. So imagine how happy I'd been getting 7 red snakes just by buying this set! I also like how the 2013 Galaxy Squad elongated pod/rock part got reused in this 2017 set.

Mech build is one of my favorites from Ninjago, and its crazy it was 60$ but now you need to pas 70 for a 4+ set, next review from Ninjago thorwback i would Like would be ultra dragon 2012, or any set from 2012

@@randomperson8304 well no it isn't if anything its a bit overrated the animation is really bad and by far the worst and the idea of vermillion could of been a nice execution maybe if they made them green but if vermillion are from a scale from the great devourer then they shouldn't be red and there was no character development for the ninja other than Lloyd becoming the master for like maybe 2 seasons then master Wu is back and the idea of time travel could of been very nice but even the fight scenes other than 1 or 2 were very boring and I think Lloyd's Destiney's shadow was a bit too compensated and the vehicles other than the samurai X car are not that cool since the stealth raider was a bit overrated in contrast to the original sonic raider in my opinion and I really did not like some dialogue exchange other than the fight between kai and ray the dialogue exchange is not very good and the idea of Wu getting older could of had a better design than just making him sleep more and have a longer beard also I feel like the time blades are some very cool weapons but they weren't used very good in the episodes they had a lot of potential for fight scenes but then the fights end when a time blade is used overall its not good in my opinion only a few plot elements were there but its only my opinion don't take it personally please

The plank on a pin joint is a trap play feature. If you stand a minifigure on the end close to the build, they will get launched off when the Vermillion egg hits the other end. That's at least how I always looked at it.

4:20 Yeah, mine sits on the dresser of my room, and a slight nudge of the mech or the dresser itself can cause the head to fall forwards, even when it was new, which was inconvenient for my childhood play.

The Iron Doom isn't actually controlled by snakes at all in the show. It's just a metal hull powered by the time blades

So I’ve got the iron doom set and I love it. Thing is that after a while and I do have the head problem and I feel pretty disappointed in the set. I mean I prefer the more armoured look of the series. And I think there should be more space within the mech. Since Ninjago legacy got up to season 5, I thought eventually there would be season 7. But there never was

Got the set with my brother and we both were really disappointed in it. It has fantastic individual pieces and minifigures, however the sum is not greater than any of the parts. It's floppy, gappy, lacking in articulation, and just overall doesn't feel very intimidating. However keeping in mind that this was back in 2017..... I'll give it a bit of a pass.
