When you drove in the tunnel in Göteborg, did you know the locals call it "Tian"? (10) Because it runs "under Älva" (the river / 11). So I think the planned cableway across Göta Älv will be called "Tolvan" (12). Gothenburgers just can't help making puns.

When we go to Hamburg we usually stay by Hotel Heimfeld it is 600 Meters from the Supercharger, no restaurant and a little old fashion, but not so expensive like Lindtner, I start the charge before breakfast and after eating breakfast we are fully charged and ready to go. PS: maybe you should tell other Teslafans about Norway and road tax system, how to register, before you drive to Norway, and don't make the mistakes I made, keep up the good work!

Idea: car charging on the Rødby and Gedser (and other) ferries. Of course, the caveat is the ship is burning lots of bunker fuel and spewing that exhaust, but might as well take advantage and charge the car, and the time savings from not having to go through Jutland.
So Wifey, Wifey’s parents, her sister, Bjørn, and a doggo. Seems legit.

Maybe but I am not entirely sure (I don't live in Europe). I don't think that Tesla intended the Destination Chargers to be for other EVs, even in Europe.

Because IN USA it sure the contact is only Tesla. I remember a French who is channel "Le guide de la voiture électrique" (the instruction of electric car) only french tell me this destination charger in Europe can Charge the Zoé.

Like i thought a long while ago.. Commercial establishments can be the new .. "Petrol" stations.. Like real petrol stations, we need big investments.. And constant supply of gas.. From the oil well.. To the refinery.. To oil depo.. Then to gas stations.. We only need wires for electricity to be transported. And electricity is cheap and stable.. Unlike gas stations on its infancy.. Plenty of infrastructures are to be built.. But unlike EV chargers.. Electricity is now an established infrustructure.. The only thing needed is the installation of chargers.. no more no less
@lmaoroflcopter7 жыл бұрын
Peter Robann Sobrepena "all we need is wires" And land to bury cables in Pylons for areas that can't have cables buried in Substations to terminate the cables Increased electricity generation to cope with the higher demands on the grid But yep... "All we need is wires".

Hi, I am thinking about buying a Tesla model S P85D. But I want to know how it is on longer trips, do you have to go like, max 120 km/h, not running out of power too fast? if I were to go for example 140 km/h, would I run out of power much faster?
@thomask16477 жыл бұрын
Depends on a number of factors. The Model S range estimator can give you a first idea, but it only calculates up to 120 km/h. www.tesla.com/da_DK/models

@teslaventures7 жыл бұрын
deziking so we've done a few road trips and some how we time ourselves pretty well for restroom breaks / eating. The trip computer also tells you when it's ready to go so you don't keep charging to 100% all the time. Maybe from one Supercharger jump to another you may need to add 20-50% charge, which when lower it ends up charging faster. (Lower state of charge = faster charging)
