Kuryakyn makes nice looking stuff, but they don’t sell replacement parts. I had one of their cup holders come apart on I-10, while I was riding home from Biketoberfest. It’s a long story. Anyway, you need to do the Stage I upgrade. When I did mine, I used the Vance & Hines Fuelpak 3. It was like having a whole new bike after re-tuning the computer. I now have so much more torque and throttle response. It’s like the top end of the power band has been unlocked too.

I have same pegs on my 2011 King and they are still perfect after 9 years on bike, ISO Grips and bar ends. Love fit and feel of grips and peg setups, will be doing same on my new 2020 King. Real nice ride you have, dont know about that front wheel as far as handling, I live for cranking through the twisties
@IronCrossRacing4 жыл бұрын
Yeah, I've been super happy with those pegs and grips, love them! As for the wheel, I was a little worried about it as well as I ride my RK like I stole it but it actually handles the twisties great! It didnt lose any of it's high speed handling. The only time I notice a change was at low speeds in a parking lot, which was easy to get used to after a few days. Thanks for tuning in and commenting! 😁👍

Halfway through .. I can't live without the highway pegs . I am 5'11" I think I have long legs though 31" inseam.. the need to stretch out is great.

That kind of wind buffeting coming low is really common on a lot of bikes. It took me ages to diagnose that on my Triumph Tiger. I think you’ve added so much weight in chrome you need to go with a performance upgrade hahahahahahah!

Thanks man! I do appreciate the feedback! I need to keep up the momentum though and finish all the other upgrades I want to do this year. Then maybe I can look into another project bike on the side 😉 Thanks for watching! 😁😎👍🤘

Beautiful additions! The fangs sounds like an accessory I could use on my bike! I didn’t know they existed. Thanks for sharing! I just bought an EVO gimbal.

Looking good, I use waterproof electrical tape on connections that need attention. You can buy it at Home Depot. Thanks for the video.

Bike is looking pretty badass with all that added chrome. Good choice on deciding to go with the torquey cam. Ride safe dude!
@IronCrossRacing6 жыл бұрын
Yeah, even though chrome seems to be "the old man" way to go with a bike these days, the Cali style still heavily uses it for that look. Yeah, from what I've read, the torquey cam is the way to go with these bikes unless you are going full Stage 4 and looking for crazy top end speed. Thanks for watching Viper6! 😎👍🤘

Cool video dude, I got myself gimbal too. I haven’t had time to play with it much yet. Cool upgrades.
@IronCrossRacing6 жыл бұрын
Yeah the gimbal is cool and has it's place in certain settings. It takes some practice though so be patient with it and yourself. Thanks for the comments and also thanks for watching Jiggy! 😎👍🤘

Accessorizing the bikes is a never ending thing it seems like 😁 I am also thinking about changing exhaust also. From the Bassani to D&D take it easy👊🏼✌🏼
@IronCrossRacing6 жыл бұрын
Yeah, my last bike I didn't do too much too but this bike I'm going nut balls 😆. Yeah, as for my exhaust I usually research the hell out of what I want and once I go one route and stick with it. This time around though, even though I like the sound of the RCX, I'm looking into other options. More so if I do a full header and exhaust. Thanks for tuning in viperNohio! 😎👍🤘

@IronCrossRacing6 жыл бұрын
Yes, I have a few more upgrades occurring this year and will post videos on the ones I install. 😁 Yeah, it would be nice to get a little hook up from Kuryakyn but if not on this bike, on my next project bike I'm looking into getting 🤫😉. I'm glad you like the Silver Bullet though and thanks for watching! 😎👍🤘

That adjustable passenger backrest is Kuryakyn too 😂. I did a video all about it so check it out as I've really loved the functionality and adjust-ability of it. Thanks for watching D-Cycle! 😎👍🤘

I got the front fender, side panels, cheese wedges and bags done so far....I'm going out to get fairing off today so I can have something to do while we get snow and ice tomorrow...
