The Accord Coupe is such a killer car. I own a 2013 6/6 and I absolutely love the thing! I've always loved the looks of the coupe, as well as Honda's sweet v6. So sad that they D/C'd the coupe. I can only pray that they bring it back in some form. Hell, even if it had the Type-R power plant, with the looks of the Accord; take my money!

Your video was so precise!! I'm not a huge fan of sports car's so I'm not acclimated on the terminology used referring to the engine and what exactly I should look for In a coupe but after watching this vid I'm pretty sold on what I want. I do have a couple issues, the first issue is I wish this car was an AWD second issue is the prices of each coupe style that Honda offers. So in your opinion wouldn't it be less expensive and wouldn't I get more space if I purchased a 4door Honda Accord? I'm honestly not at least bit concerned about space which in the car to me the coupe appears to have an ample amount of space but I want to make sure which ever model I choose to go with is going to be worth while. Thanks for your opinion in advance!! :)

Any ideas as to what the 2018 Accord coupe might look like, or what is going to change? I have a 2016 Accord coupe that has a two year lease and might trade into the 2018 model if it looks and drives nice.

There's one leaked photo on what it might look like, it's a model car though. People have been starting rumors about a 2.0 Turbo, instead of the V6. I hope that doesn't happen :( I haven't heard anything else

I'm wondering when Honda is going to announce the 2018 accord coupe? Once i see it that will be the deciding factor if i get a 2017 coupe touring or a 2018. i hope they keep the v6. i herd they may put a 2.0 turbo with cvt in the higher trims which will be very disappointing seeing as i have a 16 civic 1.5 touring with cvt and i hate it. The turbo is nice but the cvt is horribly jerky. Plus the interior has all types of rattles and Buzzing.

They'll announce it after the sedan, so I would get the 17 Touring if you need a new car now. Otherwise, I would wait.

ThatGearHead I really don't need a car right now. Like I said I have a 16 civic. But that was a mistake because quality is horrible. Another factor is that I don't want another first year redesign after experiencing my civic. But don't want to wait to long because I don't want resale on my civic to drop very low. Very hard decision I have. I guess only time will tell. Thanks.

@@kevinmejia8082 i ended up buying a 2018 ford fusion sport with the twin turbo v6. Really fun car. And 10 months ago I bought a 2023 Hybrid cr-v sport touring. Still have the fusion for fun and the cr-v is really good on gas.

The accord coupe I would say is better than the genesis coupe, the only reason I would buy the genesis is because of the RWD that the accord coupe should have 😓

I heard the same from a Honda salesman, but we'll see... He said a turbocharged inline-4 will be replacing it. Serious bummer if it's true. Granted, a turbo-4 can get as much or more HP and surpass the V-6 in fuel mileage. But the V-6 doesn't have to work NEARLY as hard to produce the numbers; there's no replacement for displacement! Just picked up a 2017 Accord EX-L V-6 with a manual trans last week... it is a real pleasure to drive!!!
