My Hyundai Tucson 2016 was repaired from an accident and I the backsplash reinforcement is missing somehow and there's noise coming inside the car... you think that might be the problem?

Sorry for the late reply family life needed my attention and to answer your questions it could be more than one thing also check if all the plus holes have the round circle plugs in them and check if the side gutter on the right and left side of the quarter panel is still there it’s a black square looking piece.

Different shops charges different prices so you looking at about 3 to 400 hundred

How do u separate upper bumper cover from lower bumper cover

On the sides of the bumper there’s 3 number 10 screws take them out and on the edge of the bumper that’s two small rivets drill them out and take off that black tab that you drill out

At least two more roughly at the edge of the tail gate. I didn't need to take the whole bumper so I don't know if there are more. This is Canadian model so maybe there are differences
