What pitch prop was on this motor? I am only able to get 25 mph.

Sorry, that boat is sold and gone and I don't remember what pitch it was. I've had that question come up a few times on various boats and I couldn't answer that for them either so I've been trying to remember to make note of that lately but that one was gone prior to my record keeping, wished I could help.

What hole is the motor set in? I've got a 19 model of the same boat and its in the middle hole. I wonder if it was set on hole higher if you could get a little more speed out of it? I'm getting about 34 loaded with one passenger and one empty livewell.

The one I had is sold so it's no longer available for me to check however as I recall it was also set in the middle hole. I've had several similar aluminum boats and because of the way the hulls are made in respect to where the water breaks at the back of the boat it has been my experience that just raising the motor has very little positive effect. Sorry it took so long to get back to you, my apologies!

Are you still liking the boat?

Thanks for your interest! I'm a dealer so I no longer have or own this boat, however I've sold several of these over the years and so far everyone has been very happy with their purchase. A boat is a boat so there is always some incidentals that one person likes and the other person doesn't, but you'll find that with every brand and or model out there I guess! Once again thanks for your interest!

How good are Lowe boats in your opinion they look cheap build
@BoatsRVs2 жыл бұрын
Actually, i've bought , sold, and tested several over the years and have had very few issues with them. That being said, I do think they are a good product but they do show to be somewhat dated as compared to some of the other brands, which could come off as cheaply made. I hate to say it but almost, and probably all brands, do something that I wish they would have done differently. There are some things about the Lowe's I really like that some of the other brands don't do like the fact that they are all aluminum even the decks, so they're light and don't rot, and they're wider than most with more ribbing on the bottom so they plane out quick and easliy, and they don't slip in turns as much when equipped with larger horsepower plus they don't have as much side to side movement when stopped and fishing because of this. Bottom line I guess is I think they're good boats but I do see where you're comming from, and where you might get that take on them. Thanks for your interest!
