Personally I was waiting for this review of the E class. And my dreams almost come true. Like/love the design, l/l the tech, l/l the engines, l/ l the comfort,...,..., but not so sure about the rear sitting. Many say that they dislike the sloping rear end but from my point of view makes it classier(kein hatchback bitte). For me this car have one of the best proportions of the classic sedans. Loooong hood, compact looking cabin and short end with minimal overhanging. Simple rounded sharp lines defines its character. And this dark grey matte paint makes it look like a stealthy MF. Also like the interior, so modern but so classy. Did I mention that I love it. :) And Jan, you know what? The review was great. Hope to see you soon.

This is a classy design and much better than the previous edgy design with sharp folds in the body panels. If only they could design the same interrior and exterior scheme into their GL ranges which are very clumsy looking inside and out.

Re the boot space, for the current (2016) model, the Aussie spec is also 540L/19cu ft, however the U.S brochure has a VERY different capacity - just 12.9 cu ft. I'm assuming they use a very different measuring technique in the U.S!

Fortunately, Mr. Apple fan boy. The iPhone 6, 6s 6 plus, and 6s plus, all have NFC, which, as you described is near field communication. It was available in Sept 2014 for the redesign.

Hello Ausfahrt, regarding seat memorry, I am not an expert in this but I think car companies (including Mercedes) have buttons on seat/doors and therefore are likited to 3 savings, becouse of different sizes of people - my better half is much smaller then me and I can not seat in the car if she was driving before me, so I need to push the memorry button before I seat in the car (it would not be possible for me to seat in the car and then later to adjust via central display....).
