my mate got a 911 he hardly drives it but the one time he took it to morrisons came back from shopping and sumone had hit his car with a trolley he was gutted

It's an awesome daily driver. Getting better mpg than my E92 M3, enough space for shopping (unless you need big/long items), and just as comfy. It's a bit lower to the ground, so a bit more work to get in and out, but it's not bad (nothing like a Lotus). I don't worry about dings etc. as I'm using it daily (30k miles in 2 years), and either way the rear fenders are getting heavily pitted from rocks anyhow.

i think the car is all its made out to be its smooth and gentle a pleasure to drive .my 1/4 mile in 10.47 sec ,reaching the 1700meter mark at 295kmph and slowing to about 30kmph within 200 meters those ceramic brakes make my head spin, fitted new tires at 10,000km better safe than sorry. got the car with an aero kit.front end lift necessary for entrances,sun roof and a few odds and ends . the car is more than fast enough for my use. in any case more power will just become wheel spin and tire wear.

Does this car take longer to reach 0-60 compared to a formula one car ?

It is slower, but not by much. A modern F1 car hit 60 in 2.1-2.7 seconds dependant upon the car.

Inside Lane white is not bad either (i know both are boring over used colors (black and white) but 911 is a clean and simple design, but simple colors just look great on it. of course the turbo does add a bit more aggression thanks for the review man.

AngelofSpeed Type R Because the car is capable of it, but Porsche underrate the car to make sure that every car that leaves the factory can do it in at least 2.9. We stick to the official figures because that is what the manufacturer says every car will do.
