My buddy has one of these and I've fished on it several times. He's had it several years and fishes it several times a week and it still looks new because of the care he gives it. It's an incredibly stout and solid boat. The craftsmanship is top notch.

How does it take choppy water in the bay? Do you get wet? I'm interested in buying one so I would really appreciate your response 🙏
@JonnyOnthespot3 жыл бұрын
nope it does not thats the reason i sold. handles chop poor also very wet and poles sub par. HOWEVER at the price point, its a very nice stable skiff.
@MrGabys913 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the response. So you wouldn't take it out in 15mph winds?

How stable is the polling platform when your in the water? Also man congrats on the boat I like it!!

Hey thanks a ton SF! Very stable. Plenty high enough without any tip. The boat poles effortlessly and will surprise you stability wise.

Sweet boat man. I’m hoping I can get one built here in the next couple of months. I was just wondering what kind of speeds you’re seeing with the 9.8. I have an old 15 horse Evinrude in my garage that I’d like to use and I’m not sure if that’s enough power or not
@JonnyOnthespot5 жыл бұрын
Thanks Gavin. a 15 will do you great, especially those old 2 strokes that weigh 70lbs! probably go 25 to 28mph.. Youll get super shallow and have no worries.. no use in buying a nice 4 stroke honestly except for quiet and fuel efficiency.
