Aren't those factory running boards on the truck in the video? The product description says it they can't be installed with factory boards. I have the same running boards on my F-150, but want to make sure they will work.

What I"m curious about is if the flares a painted, what about the black rubber 3m gasket that is visible between the flare and the truck fender paint? Won't that look stupid? It will totally look after market.

The holes in my finder flares don't match up with my bolts in my vehicle. Is the 2019 Platinum slightly different than others in this regard?

I swear this video is just a repost but with a change in title. For one everything he said sounded like deja vu. Also when he said around $300, if you click the link it takes you to the model but they’re actually over $400 while the older video’s set is about $300.

Agreed, did you have any issues with your bolt holes lining up with the flares? I also don't have a bolt that goes in at the very end, the part towards the door, for the front flare

i simply cut holes in the front flares based off a template i made . rerouted the wiring and now i have lane assist built into the flare

I purchased open box fender flares only because they were described as "like new." They are not like new, one is warped and does not sit flush against the vehicle. And now I can only get a store credit because it was an open box. I will not do business again with a garbage company that misleads its customers.

To be fair, these guys or any aftermarket fender flare for that matter work wonders for truck owners with larger tires that are legally required to keep everything covered. -Zach

In some cases, these fender flares become a necessity for state safety inspection. Personally, I would never run a wheel/tire setup that would require aftermarket fender flares, but a lot of states have laws regarding how much tire can protrude past the body line. It's also my understanding that these types of flares can help prevent dirt and stones from being flung down the body line by wider tires. Not at all crazy about the look of them, but like I said, adding aftermarket flares my be the only venue for getting state inspection sticker on your windshield if your truck has been modified with a wide wheel/tire package.
