Reminds me of an idea I had for a proper nerf lmg, basically a top fed auto stryfe with an after burner in the barrel attachment, a proper bipod, offset sights, and a giant lipo in one of those worker triangle stocks. Designed to be used by a two man team with 18 round stick mags in a prone position with the bipod.

Picked one of these up at WalMart this morning because of the unique dart hopper feed system, before I saw your review. I wish they'd used a rev trigger instead of the switch, but it's manageable. The black handle on the bottom seems to serve no good purpose, except to keep it balanced when you put it down to load more darts two-handed. Like you, I expected this to hinge down to a vertical grip. The dart storage bin is a neat idea, but I'm not sure it it's worth the extra weight and bulk. I can see a lot of these being modified, cutting off all the extraneous stuff up front, possibly beefing up the power/feed system. Well done Adventure Force for beating Nerf to a functioning dart hopper system. This looks quicker to reload than an Infinus, has a greater capacity, comes with more than one load of darts and is $25 cheaper to buy.

I'm curious if you could extend the hopper somehow outside of making it taller. Maybe make the hopper into a trapezoid or maybe drum shape? A thought of mine would be to have a second conveyer belt and extend the pusher and have the hopper be two dart lengths long. I have no idea if that would work but if it did that would be rad. Perhaps a way to determine which hopper feds similar to the Burton LMR (for a real-steel comparison). Also, I really want to throw a stock on this, in the same way, the Light Command was screaming for a stock and bigger belt plus belt box. Oh, Adventure Force, I love that you make basically light machine guns

could you cut out the wall between the storage cylinder and the hopper to expand the ammo capacity? Then youd just have to lean the blaster back to load it again. Dunno if that would work but worth a shot imo.

This thing is great! It looks like crap, but it's great! If you chop off that grip area and replace it with a proper grip with a rev trigger and a firing trigger and add some kind of stock (my head tells me that the carry handle of a Deploy might look great as a stock) it'll already be more practical and less awkward, also replacing that weird foregrip for one that wraps under the barrel would be much better As for the dart storage cutting it off and bolting it to the side might look better, you could fill the space were it was with something reminescent of a firearm's gas piston system or something, maybe adding a sling point there too.

Mod the front grip into a small rotating tripod that flips down and is comfortable, it would make an excellent point defense weapon in HVZ you could use any standard size darts, wonder if you put two stacks of short darts would it shoot double shots? Probably jam more than a pb&j sandwich, but it would be interesting to see.

I have a few of these. A surprisingly good blaster. Would definitely get more if the price comes down. If I were to describe it - it's more like a Hyperfire and a Stryfe had a 3-way with a Nemesis. And the paternity test is inconclusive.

Would it be possible to mod this and the Infinus into a single Blaster? I'm thinking of using the Infinus to load a side-loading 35 dart drum for use on the top half, with the hopper just in front of the Stock, being used to fire any spare darts or if you can't wait to load one at a time. That way, one could load an empty magazine while having a blaster still ready to fire.

i think so you had a lemon. because i checked out cj nerf and his blaster went up to 80 or 90 ft sometimes reached a low 70 also. i saw coops review also and his average fps was a 96 fps i guess.
