I was watching Brian shaw in the last year's , every video from his yt channel , to see him losing now after all this hard work and pain it broke my heart. Much respect for everyone participating to those kind of competitions, not everyone knows how much effort is behind this show.

I've only become a fan of Strongman stuff the past few months. Unsurprisingly, Thor and Shaw have become my favorites and I watch a lot of videos on their channels. It's great being able to see them in the same event. :)

I'd love to see Mikhail Shivlyakov get a medal (even if bronze) once again. He's getting old, he might have to end his professional strongman career in a year or a few, and he's always giving it all he has. Sweat and blood, literally. I hope he concludes his career on a good note.

@@LesCodes how's your back buddy? you can not engage in exacerbations. you should try to make 2 weeks of complete rest. And then strengthen your back muscles. There is a lot of exercise in yoga. It's very easy to hit the wrong ones. But yoga is at the top of this. I know a lot of people whom she helped. including me.
