Oops! My mother-in-law mistook sugar for salt this year too. She had prepared a big family snackfest of fried huitlacoche (corn mushroom) quesadillas and instead of salting the mushrooms, onions, and cheese mixture, she added tons of sugar trying to get it seasoned....and refused to believe she could’ve made that mistake. Omg, that is a dank flavor I will never forget! 🤢 Happy New Year! 🎊
