Winding these things up to the redline in second gear is the sweet spot. But chugging along at low RPMs on the highway with that deep rumble is a close second. Oh, and throwing them around in the twisties like no 4400 pound car should be able to handle is up there, too. It's just a damn-near perfect fucking car.

My name Isname, Driving around town I get about 11 or 12 mpg and on the highway I can get 22 if driving 65mph. It is however painful having to drive 65 in this car, so I usually get 18 to 20. This is NOT a car for you if you are concerned about good gas mileage. So, to answer your question: YES!
@aaront4057 жыл бұрын
Look up the zAutomotive Tazer for these cars. I've read they get insane gas mileage (some guys have reported as high as 36-38 mpg hwy, look up videos) and I plan to get a Tazer for my '16 Scat Pack for this very reason.

I have a 2020 T/A 392. I used to have a 2018 T/A 392. Since I had the 2018 and when I was looking to purchase again, I looked at the Hellcat and Hellcat Redeye. I looked at other SRT packages and I came back to the T/A. The car is rated at 485hp, but the onboard dyno has a few times flirted with 500hp when rapped out. The T/A package gives a better suspension and better steering than the Hellcat(although not adjustable). And there is Hellcat “sprinkled” all over the engine. 485hp is MORE than enough on the street. If you say it’s not enough, I’m either not equipped to carry your helmet or you’re a damned fool who’s gonna wreck. Because it has less hp and torque(475ft lbs. That’s A LOT), it’s easier to have fun with. You can use the power better. I put 305s all around and the car REALLY hooks up. Delete your mid mufflers and you’re set. No need for anything else.

I cant believe people sitting here comparing cars. The mustang, camaro, challenger all are similar but with their own strengths. It's so "to each their own" there's no way of possibly saying one is better than the other. My friend has a new Hellcat, let me drive it for a good hour. Great comfortable car with incredible power obviously, my problem is that it doesn't feel like a sports car, way too heavy and not nimble feeling at all, which that's not really what the car is aimed at anyways. then i narrow it down to the new Camaro and new Mustang 5.0 , hard to find a difference in them, but i pick the Camaro because it's flat out the fastest v8 car out there right now. They all look great, sound great, and have enough power.
