The cap on the KVD trooper liner as well as NYX Epic Ink is actually a little pump. That pressure you feel when you cap it is that mechanism. You hold the liner wand upside down into the cap loosely but not all the way, as in don't click it on fully. You then pump the liner wand downward into that cap pressure a few times and that will draw the ink down.

Yes, so excited to see some of your Asian skincare recommendations. I switched over to an almost fully Asian skincare routine about a year and a half ago and my skin has never looked better. The thing that kills me about it is, their skincare is SO MUCH CHEAPER, yet way more effective than most of the mass marketed skincare brands. For instance, you can get the same amazing results as Drunk Elephant skincare, yet most of the Asian skincare is under $25. I just couldn't believe how great they are. Some of my favs are Missha, Neogen, Secret Key, Son & Park, and Hado Labo.

I'll tell that lady who wants foundation with less coverage ... ME! And probably lots more people who don't have perfectly smooth skin or are over 40. I've been using the Perricone MD Firming Tinted Moisturizer with SPF, mixed with a bit of IT Cosmetics CC Cream in Fair (to lighten it up and for a bit more coverage), and a drop of Marula Oil. I also quadruple moisturize my skin before that, and use a hydrating primer like the First Aid Beauty Hello FAB Coconut Skin Smoothie Priming Moisturizer and the Tarte Timeless Smoothing Primer over pores and lines. Most foundations just emphasize my lines, texture and dryness, with the exception of the Covergirl Healthy Elixir Foundation and IT Cosmetics CC + Cream and their Cushion Foundation.

I too prefer sheer coverage. If I were to apply a full-coverage foundation I'd look like I was ready for viewing at my own wake! I also use the Perricone MD Tinted Moisturizer and other BB/CC creams, sometimes just a primer - as long as it evens out my skin tone I'm ready to go. With my own skincare regimen by skin is looking better and better...and I'm 67!

Same here. I had been wearing By Terry Sheer Expert Fluid Foundation but they have stopped stocking it in my country and are only selling the fuller coverage one. I don’t wear foundation daily but I do want something a bit more than a tinted moisturiser when I do and I found the By Terry to be great at evening out skin tone and covering my reddish cheeks. I want my skin to still look like skin and not a mask, thank you. Skincare is where money and care should go before makeup.

You are right about engagement and figuring out which videos are worth it. So - in abut 5 hours you hit 15 k views but the last video which was almost 24 hours ago is only at 3. So a third of the time you got three times the views and engagement. Clearly your audience responds more to the long videos that are about several views. Wow.

A thought on fermented products/ Secret Key: I am a huge fan of these, and while I'm aware that one persons experience isn't statistically relevant, I'll mention this anyway. I believe the probiotics have a huge part to play in skin health. We already know this from gastrointestinal health as well. I'm a large animal vet. That means I spend my work hours in an enviornment with a lot of biological contaminants, bacteria being one of them. After I switched to fermented skin care (Secret Key specifically), I have seen a huge improvement in how clear my skin is. During a work day, my skin is affected by dust from being at the stables, but also aerosoles containing biological components, such as blood, saliva, that lovely spray you get when horses sneeze, etc ;) Plus a range of other less elegant substances. This is a bombardment of (mostly benign) bacteria, vira, fungus, and other microorganisms. I believe that the fermented products create a healthy probiotic bacteria enviornment on my face, and so it doesn't leave room for the foreign microorganisms to stick around. If you think about probiotics for the gut, it's the same system we already know. Having a healthy gut microbiome prevents pathogenic or otherwise unwanted bacteria to cultivate. That's why probiotics are recommended after taking antibiotics, to restore the microbiome. Just some thoughts from a vet working with live animals and being subjected to all the various microbes during my work day. I really believe the fermented products make a difference, and I believe they are beneficial to skin health, not just for people in "dirty" jobs but for everyone who wants a healthy skin biome. I find these products great at preventing break-outs! Because they build a healthy army of skin microorganisms, that do not leave room for any "bad" stuff to cultivate and irritate your skin. No source on this, just my own experience and gut feeling.
