Once reassembled are the rotors supposed to be loose like be able to rock them back and forth even with the caliper and pads on? I know these are floating brakes but it seems like my rotors are floating too much lol

Thank you for the reply, took the car into Ford and they say I have binding calipers which is preventing the e-brake from working just what new calipers rotors and pads wish me luck thanks for the video!

Yeah I know best to replace otherwise chase another problem plus take apart again too soon

It's a shame the pads had quite a bit of life left on them and the rotor was showing signs of a non functioning caliper. Mine are the same way and they pulsate under anything more than light braking. my pads are half worn and the front look like i used the brakes 5 times. I use the hand brake to stop when i"m not around anyone and hopefully they are used up when the weather improves and i replace them.
