Yes, those eggs are from our home flock of laying hens. I usually collect them for a week and then incubate them. During the week I rotate them twice a day by leaning the egg cartons against each other. I don't put them in the refrigerator, like I would for eating. I keep them on a shelf in the basement. That way they stay a nice constant cool temperature, but not too cold or hot.
