Instead of the screw plugs I used the RAM Mount ball adapter (RAM-B-349U) so it looks even cleaner when no X-Grip is installed.

yh, 2/3 of the view in the stock mirrors is my own shoulder and elbow but then i don't wanna add 3-4 inches on each side to the width of the bike, sometimes the space is tight when filtering between cars on traffic lights mounting them under the bars, like you did, i would probably hit the gas tank

Vibrations are not noticable at highway speeds but in town I didn't notice a change 👍

Nice video. Do you know if the weighted handle bar inserts could be pushed in further instead of taken out in order to have both inserts and bar end side mirrors?

That's an interesting question. I want to say they can't based on the size of the weights but that would be purely a guess. I'll write it down and see if I can come up with an answer. To be honest though, I noticed an extremely small difference in vibration, so small it could be my imagination.

What is the size of the handle bar if I want to change to bar end mirror?

At the bar end, the outer diameter is 22mm. Most universal mirrors suggest using the 7/8" mount which will fit internal diameter of 13 to 18mm. The ones I used had a 7/8" mount.

How visible are these when cruising? I wear glasses so my peripheral is limited, especially for looking down I really have to tilt my head low.

They're pretty hard to see when in a standard riding position, I'll probably end up flipping them upwards even though I love the downwards look

No issues with the positioning I have them set to. Just check your full steering lock with the mirrors in place before completely tightening down.
