Picked up my 2018 Civic EX-T late June 2018. Best Civic ever made. Five months later: just passed 2k miles. No issues. No complaints. Excellent build quality. I still own my 2000 Civic. Eighteen years later, it’s still running fine.

The beginning of the video the building says "Honda Manufacturing of Indiana, LLC". Not sure how many plants they have in Indiana, but the Civic I just got was built in Greensburg.

Manufacuring and assembly process has improved but it’s still very labor intensive. No matter how far we advance in technology, the labor factor will always be there. One of the worst job anyone can get. Have fun working there lol. I should be happy I have my own office and not hate meetings so much after watching this lol.

Robert Collis Sadly I think the reason is because not a lot of young people want to work in these places; think factory work is beneath them. The younger crowd doesn't like manual jobs like the older generations.

I got my 2019 touring, not a professional job, first when driving 120km h you will hear the engine screaming struggling, also the 2 bolt from each side of the dash seems they have been removed and redone because they aren't totally black, the trunk edges from inside unprofessional made.and over all the car plastic seems very cheap quality.

OMG...is this how Honda is making the cars? To much man labor (look at the guy at 2.04 how he handles that door), very sad, dark factory. Compare this with how the czech from Skoda are assembling the 2009 Skoda Superb...9 years ago...huge diference. Hard working people however. I am largely disapointed. Had a Honda Accord, after this...I'll think twice!
