Giacomo Parrino FKX Racing catless frontpipe & downpipe, as well as mufflers deleted, and 2 added resonators, I believe 13” and 8” . With the single “stock” resonator, giving a total of 3 resonators.

Cadz cadzz no, you can 2-step the car (which is just a second rev limiter) But in order to do anti-lag, you would need a “catless” downpipe, otherwise you would destroy the catalytic converter.

MarTini_0.0 well I’ve deleted the muffler, added two 12 inch resonators and replaced my downpipe and frontpipe with FKX Racing catless downpipe and frontpipes.

FML#FTW MV it is a feature in hondata or ktuner, not recommend for stock engines. This is harmful to the engine and the turbo unless your motor is built. Especially if you have a catted downpipe, it is not recommended. Must have a catless downpipe for such use, otherwise you’d destroy your catalytic converter.

FML#FTW MV of course! A little confused on that question, if your wondering how to enable the anti-lag. It’s within the tune options, once you choose a map/base map or even custom tune, you have an option to enable it under one of the tabs. Example: ignition, ethanol, etc. just search within the tabs to find it (for hondata) . I don’t own a ktuner so it may differ.

Best way I can describe it this that lag is the time between pressing the gas pedal to the time the turbo actually starts spooling for boost, Anti-lag eliminates the that time so that for the most part as soon as you smash the gas your building boost. It's pretty cool how it works to, it uses a misfire in the engine to cause gas and air to pass into the exhaust the hot exhaust then cause the gas to cause a combustion so even at low rpm it has enough power/force to turn the turbo and eliminates the powerband issues most turbos have

Jan Tamase anti-lag is basically what it sounds like. For turbo’d cars, we have this thing called “turbo lag” . The turbo takes time to build up the boost which in a sense could be the difference between a win and a loss in a race. Anti-lag on the other hand is.. well... anti or the counter to turbo lag. It’s a way to build boost before hand to minimize your turbo lag. Usually anti-lag is activated by a button which changes your ignition timing so that the engine fires later, causing more fuel to burn in the manifold and keeping the turbo to spin while on the throttle. This is especially great for launches, or rolls. It can be harmful to the engine and the turbo, just depending on how built the car itself is. Hopes this answers your question 👍🏼

Yeah, video doesn't do much sound justice. But from my experience, it has more bass than when I just had the muffler delete (deeper tone) and much much louder. I believe the clip at the end of me flying by has a more realistic tone of what it sounds like. Thanks for the love fam, glad you like the anti-lag ;)

freddie lighttford exhaust noise changes not only due to mufflers, but also your front pipe down pipe. Since I changed mine to catless ones, it becomes a different tone and much louder, but I added 2 resonators to counteract the over loudness so it’s not too loud.
