I just took a test drive for santro, and it drives way inferior than tiago. Very uncomfortable ride in bumpy roads and too much body roll. Steering is light but not precise. Interior is roomier than tiago and dashboard has got more features no doubt, but santro looks and feels cheap from outside. And just don't compare the engines. Tiago offers way better engine and can be compared to grand i10. And driver seat was way more comfortable in tiago. It was awkward driver seating position in santro and the steering was not adjustable. Never suitable for long drive. Anyday tiago is a way better car, both in city and highway.

Having suspension issues and even with very small patches , am feeling in back and really causing acute back pain. I haven't driven any Hyundai car before , i owned zen estilo which was way better in case of suspension. And the sitting ergonomics are very worst, Except the interior quality everything else is worst. Moreover i bought AMT version in which had very pronounced Headknot between first and Second Gear........If any one with existing back up pain .., I would suggest you guys to stay away from Santro and go for proper tall boy car like WagonR which is very good but its interior is not good......If you concern about long drive and good suspension .plzzzzzzzzzzzz stay away from santro. Its my bad that haven't seen your comment .....and bought santro....Its a very big mistake i have done

Guys, one thing I want you all to observe once again in this video is when he gave review about the back seat space of both the cars. Just look at the way he adjusted the front (driver) seat. He had has adjusted the Tiago front seat till it reaches the back window (beyond the driver side window) where in the Santro front seat has been adjusted till the front window. Which means, he did it purposefully to show Tiago has less space for the rear seat which is not expected from a guy like Aashish (not sure I spelled him correctly) as I have been following him for years as a trustworthy reviewer.

Hi Friend, I don't Argue which is better but I can say That the Santro has the shown Space there. As I had gone for a Test Drive and sat on both the front & Rear Seats. I am 5.11". I too found Knee space available to Stretch a bit even after the seats fully pulled back. I can also say the reason why it had the space is that the driver seats are not Height adjustable in Santro and they had placed the seat in such a way that it had that much Space.

I cancelled the booking of santro and brought Tata Tiago I also got delivery last week I cancelled Hyundai santro because only one reason it has no diesel engine I'm also using Hyundai xcent sx option diesel it is very good in terms of comfort fuel eoconomy.i love Hyundai also Tata motors

Seems like all Tiago owners and about to be are whining and not happy with the review. And I am sure most of them haven't seen Santro. I am planning to buy Santro Sportz and Hyundai dealer is giving a discount of 41000 on Dec 2018 model and 11000 on 2019 model? Which one should I buy? And I can definitely get more discount on 2018 one but do you suggest if I should go for it. I am getting Airbag for Driver which is not available in Tiago at the price. And Santro is spacious, just experienced. And build is just perfect! Nice plastics, only thing I don't like is the Power window switch but that's not a deal breaker for me. So please suggest if I should go for 2018 or get a 2019 March or Feb?

Unbiased review? If you notice they are driving a DIESEL tiago and claiming it as petrol one (Checkout Autoportal Tiago 600km review, same car used MH01CD8873). Seriously autoportal? Apart from this i have driven both cars, yes santro has very few pros but tiago is the better one specially the ride quality, high speed stability, Harman system ❤️. I have driven i20 active petrol, it feels lazy, and steering is nervous. I10 petrol has more precise steering, and the engine is better but ride quality is bad. Tiago may not be powerful, but, seat comfort, ease of driving, and very good ride quality, and abs, ebd, 2 airbags, and way way cheaper than any other cars in its segment. Btw, seats, sound system, engine, steering all can also be found on nexon.

Everyone seems to be comparing the Santro with the Tiago, when Celerio is a more direct competitor. But I don't see a single comparison video from the A List reviewers between the two. Tiago has a bigger engine, makes more power. It is a notch above the Santro in all aspects of performance. Celerio is spec-ed closer to the Santro than the Tiago. How hard is that to understand? I had a Hyundai I10 Grand, and then a Tata Nano AMT. I wanted an AMT for city drive and sold Hyundai and kept Nano. While all the bells and whistles considered Tata cars cars look good. However, when it comes to service I found Hyundai is much better than Tata. The main problem is found with Tata cars is that small small irritating problems keeps rearing their heads. There won't be any major issues. For examples, one windows motor going out, AC clogging, battery depletion etc. Then their service too was not very effective. Finally when it is time to replace the Nano with a more powerful AMT car, I did not even have to think twice before going for Santro. Now a proud owner of Santro AMT spotz variant. With dual airbag, reverse camera and free parking sensors. The space, ride quality and everything else is perfectly suitable for my needs. Thank you Ashish for your review. One of the main reasons I chose Santro over anything else. Go Hyundai, Go.

I have purchased tiago XE a week ago. Best value for money because the new version of XE has dual air bags, parking sensors, abs, and all the essential parts. I have fitted power windows, remote lock, pioneer Bluetooth screen touch audio system with 4 speakers, rear camera from tata showroom. Still my expense was less than Tiago XM on road price.
