I checked Hyundai's website and it says that the Value Edition comes with the 7 inch display. I don't know why yours has the smaller one.

I'm a fan of the basic non turbo models, I wish they had a Panoramic sunroof as an option though. I would love to lease a fully loaded limited model without the turbo engine and dual clutch drivetrain, which is disappointingly not available.

What is the reliability rating? Consumer Reports gave it a low rating but I’m not sure if that was the 2017 or 2018 version

Kevin H the 2018 Hyundai Tucson has a 100k 10 year warranty so with a warranty like that they score high in reliability

I have the 2018 and what I hate is that both the AWD lock button, and the Drive Mode (Eco, Speed, Normal) are located in the centre console below the shifter. You have to literally look down to press the buttons. So many times I've blind pressed AWD lock instead of the Drive Mode because I'm driving while trying to keep my eyes on the road. The Drive Mode button should be located in the steering wheel, or at least on the dash so it's visible when driving instead of having to look down.

I'm not a fan of the builds for the various trim levels. No point in sel plus level. Value should have 7" screen and all trim levels are priced higher than Honda for less. I am intrigued but unless they're willing to take off thousands, I'll stick with Honda.

I got one as a rental and it is a cheap piece of s*** you close the doors it sounds like a tin can no power for accelerating on the highway and engine sounds like a sewing machine. Gotta stick with GM and honda
