Anyone who's read my comments re. the Lexus LC 500 know that my judgement might be clouded by my pathological dislike for Alcantara which the LC has in abundance. However, as both are similarly priced, pls. give your opinion which you'd choose. Jag or Lexus and why?

Poor quality overpriced, overrated car. Now that JLR are moving defender production to Slovakia maybe this will follow? Also it’s jag uar.......not jag war. The square gear selector is unusable, the pop up air vent is stupid and breaks also the car weighs the same as a Cayman towing a grand piano....4000 kilos. The audio system is not premium it’s cheap and distorts and the speakers vibrate. Driving everyday.....never.....try driving in the Uk over speed bumps........it’s just not going to happen. Performance......well the Cayman destroys this car and does it 20k cheaper. So if you are in the market don’t buy this buy a Porsche it’s the better car the jaguar may look better but if that’s what you want the go for the emperors new clothes. Savage depreciation and terrible dealerships also a big downside of the jaguar....you could loose 50% driving off the forecourt! And the interior is all plastic and uses cheap parts off other jaguars and land rovers.
