It‘s amazing when you get used to the shifting points of the GTR at 7000 rpm and then you watch the GT3 and it just revs all the way past to nearly 9000. Wow 😍

more RPM doesn´t mean more power or better performance. There is more engine fatigue and components under stress. Mercedes is far better with less RPM, less fatigue, etc.

Vollgasmus 7 depends what engine it is. V8s for the lower rpm, V10s for the absolute high end and V12s for the mids

T tamar go check apex 0-300 of a turbo s. It got to 290 slower than this amg got to 290. Don't think you realise they are very similar cars to 300. 0-100 turbo s Any day but top end is close. You seen what an amg gtr does to a r35 on a roll? Smokes it.

Wow! Props to the the gt3 rs 65 hp (or more) less and 230 nm seem nessecary to take down a proper porsche. I expected the amg gtr to be was faster to 200 given the stronger engine and similar weight! Once more Mercedes just doesn't know how to build a proper lightweight sports car compred to the competition.. all their "sportscars" weight just too much to feel sporty and lack cornering abilities, the only thing i like about them is the proper way of designing an interior.

Frosty they are almost the same weight dude, maybe you should accept that no mercedes in this world can beat a porsche with the same power and torque, thats just facts.. i dont own a porsche but You gotta admit they're always the fastest in their power league. No 500 hp merc could beat a gt3 rs from a dig, roll race or racetrack. Why dont you take a 991.2 turbo s vs the amg gtr? Same power and weight, yet rhe turbo s smokes the gtr in every aspect. 0-200 8.9 sec and the amg gtr takes around 10 sec so..

Random Carguy Porsche is a lot lighter and probably has better traction thanks to engine at the back. Though I agree on gt3rs is a better sports car here, don't forget it's mightily more expensive. Merc is more obtainable and better to live with imho
