We bought a new 2018 with run flat tires. My wife is worried about the upcoming winter in Vancouver BC. The roads are ploughed but can be slippery...do we need to buy winter tires?? How will removing run flat tires and putting on winter tires affect the car if at all?

Are they all season run flats? If so you can probably get away with it i live in Calgary where the roads can be terrible and i use all seasons but winter tires are most certainly safer in those conditions. Putting winters on will probably make the car ride better because run flats are known to be stiff!

I just bought a 2015 as it's so cheap for a mercedes, and has pretty much no visual difference to the 2018, and 2019 at least for the exterior especially with the standard trim, there is like 0 visual difference.

@@zyllox7543 tbh I purchased a servicing package so my servicing is included in the payments. As long as regular servicing is done then the car should last a decent amount of time imo
