While trying to teach my ex Scrabble ,on move 2 I did OXIDIZED on a double-double for 154 points. Match abandoned. Later in the month I was trying to explain Yahtzee and I rolled a Yatzhee. We didn't play games after that.

I was rooting for Joel. I have never met him but I have known about him for almost 30 years when we were both young, and he was famous in the Scrabble scene even then "GI Joel". Plus I like him more than Nigel. I cannot at all relate to someone who hates being interviewed as I love it and not liking the attention and getting to tell your story to the world is alien to me. I also do not like that he trained in Collins as I consider Collins to NOT be real Scrabble, and I think him playing Scrabble in French is an absurdity. I get that they have it in other languages but to me Scrabble is an AMERICAN game and ONLY TWL is true Scrabble.
